Hacienda

Role: Designer

This project was inspired and dedicated to my grandfather. He was part of the charro culture. The collection showcases the status and wealth in their community. Charros date back in history to the Spanish Conquest. It was a time when ranch owners would have their cowboys dress in this distinctive clothing. However, during the Mexican War of Independence, charros helped fight the war. by the 1930s, charros created Charreria, which has become a national event in the state of Jalisco, Mexico.
