AD CAMPAIGN

Role: Researcher, Designer & Copywriter

Raise the Future is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping children in the Foster Care system. Their primary focus is finding mentors to set children with a stable relationship that will last for a lifetime to provide stability in their lives.

The initial challenge was that the organization presented a lessened core value advertisement, which could have been more effective. The current form was decreasing donations and volunteers. 

RESEARCH PROCESS

The organization needed a more active voice to impact the community. The organization lacked presents and a compelling campaign to help bring awareness to these children's problems in social media.

The solution was to emotionally convey a more vital message to the audience.Emotion will automatically receive more engagement from the audience. The next step was to sketch as many ideas as possible to help solve the problem.

Ad Campaign

After the first sketches were produced, they went through an elimination process that selected the top three advertisements to create for Raise the Future.The Final three ad campaign ideas went through the finalization process to provide a clear image of the ads' appearance once finalized. The final selection was the most effective ad in the market. The solution was clear; the campaign 'I HAVE A NAME' would help capture the audience's attention.

 

Upon refining, I HAVE A NAME campaign's original idea, two others needed to be drafted. An Interview process captured Joa's story of what she went through while in the Foster Care System. In conclusion, based on what was found from the 'Raise the Future' ads, the 'I HAVE A NAME' campaign will help receive faster audience engagement because of the connection with the children and the current Foster Care system. campaign will help receive faster audience engagement because of the connection with the children and the current Foster Care system.

My role in the project

Raise the Future is a non-profit organization helping children in the Foster Care system to create stable relationships and provide stability in their lives. The organization presented a lessened core value advertisement; the current advertising needed to make a substantial impact on increasing donations and volunteers. The research showed that the campaign needed to emotionally convey to the public. The 'I HAVE A NAME' campaign will help receive more robust engagement from the audience because of the connection with the children in the current Foster Care system.
